Our venue at No.1 Drury Lane was once the Sun Theatre, a beloved Shaw Brothers cinema, thoughtfully adapted into W World. Dinner is the heart of the night, with drinks and dancing to follow.

Parking is available at the venue, though limited. We suggest taking a Grab or car-pooling so you can enjoy the dancing and music at the afterparty.

THE AFTERPARTY IS AT KOOL KONGSI, AN EASY SIX-MINUTE WALK FROM W WORLD THROUGH THE OLD STREETS OF GEORGETOWN, OR A SHORT SEVEN-MINUTE GRAB RIDE, WHICHEVER YOU PREFER.

THE WALK FROM W WORLD TO KOOL KONGSI IS ABOUT SIX MINUTES, 450 M

Dress code

Black tie formal. Dinner jackets and floor-length gowns, chosen with a warm Penang evening in mind. Comfortable shoes are encouraged for the stroll to the afterparty.
